Can I open a partnership company when I am in a job( If I don't take any salary from my company). Please help.
I don't see how anyone can stop you from open a company in you private time. Unless it is competing with the current one and you have signed a non-competitive agreement when you was hire.
There is a section in my comany's employee rule about whole time service. Now can I open any company without notifying them (any workaround).
Not according to the contract, but whether the contract or clause is legal or lawful is another matter. You need to contact a solicitor about this to find out what your rights are. Many employment contracts contain clauses which are effectively unenforceable or contrary to common or employment law, and you must determine what your legal position is for the location the contract was drawn up in. I had a dispute a long time ago about a similar thing as I was a named partner in a family business (although I had no actual role there that took any time during business hours) and my employer found out - I had never hidden the fact. Turns out the clause they decided to try to enforce wasn't lawful which in turn made the whole employment contract invalid - that was a happy day indeed!. You need a solicitor specializing in Employment Law to guide you.
Thanks for your valuable suggestion. I will consult a lawyer soon, but probably I have to leave this job....
