Yes you can, but you will be banned again. Haven't yet come across a person who has managed to fool google like this for long.

As far as I know, Google is saving the mac number of your computer too, so just changing ip will not work i guess.

Well once you have been banned from google then you cannot open second account with them. they would just simply ban you again.
But you can surely open it from different IP on some different person name.

Yes, you can open a new account with new address new payee name. If you are accessing the account from cyber cafe then itz a bad idea. 100% you will be banned. The Cache and cookies are the main informers........

However, there is a solution use Track eraser Pro to clear the browse cache and cookies and flush the DNS before accessing any secure Web sites.

You need to download that software, itz paid software search in Google.
I can give the serial key for you so that you can make it full version, PM me

No, you cannot. This is against Google's adsense terms of service.

Itz not against dude, The person name is different and even the address.....
Itz like new person has created a account.

Same person can operate the account, but cannot create new account with the same name or same address.

For ex: Webmasters account has been banned, but if client gives the access he can access his clients account and set the codes in there Web site. ITz same as this :)

Yes, if its in someone elses name, it can be opened. Use a different address, different person, different IP etc.

If you open the new account on a different name, address, IP etc. you will be alright.

I've first joined adsense with my brothers name and got banned. I changed it later in my own name and after several years I never had any problems.

Register using another name, address & domain (some friend) and you should be OK.

    Good luck!
