Can I not post in Content Creation forum?

    I just joined to post a listing for freelance copywriters. It seems that the Content Creation forum is the appropriate one for this announcement, but I am not able to post there. Is this a glitch, or am I missing something? Do I have to be a longstanding member to post a job announcement?
