    If I purchase a new domain name through a hosting company can I move that name to another host a few days later.

    Thanks protect, but I am not in love with the, "I think so", reason being I bought a domain name before on E bay and the seller said I had to keep it at Go Daddy for 3 months, that it was law? That is why I am worried if I buy one now, am I stuck with it there for 3 months?
