Can I move Ad Groups into new campaigns?

    Hi,

    I know it is possible to drag and drop Ad Groups from Campaign to Campaign when using the editor system.

    Am I right in thinking that iof I do this then all the historic data will also be deleted (CTR etc)?

    Is there any way round this?

    Unfortunately, I didn't set the account up and I'm trying to split it down to make management/testing etc easier and with an increased focus.

    Some of the keywords are performing well though and I'm loath eto move them if it will damage the campaign.

    I don't think you can drag and drop. However, you should be able to Edit > Copy Special. Then, paste into new campaign.

    Hi Steveb,

    I know it's possible to drag and drop, but are you saying that if I Edit > Copy Special > Paste it will take all historical data with it?

    If not, are there any other suggestions?

    No way to move your historical data - you'll essentially be starting form scratch with the new campaign, so you'll lose any QS etc
