Title says it all. I know that google terms not allow adult contents. I wanna make site that is related to health, but its sexual health. Thats why I am confused. I am sure that I will not put any nude pictures and never use any vulgar words. It only includes medical tems, that all. I have seen one sexual heath site which has adsense but its not only about sexual health, it also includes other health category. My question is that site only on "sexual heath" is allowed or not ?
well i just did a search on google for "sexual health" and there were tons of ads, so I say go for it. That is not pornographic material at all and is most definately allowed on all of the search engines.
If it's medical and clinical, it should be fine. I'm sure Google's algorithms wouldn't be so stupid, and a human who read your site anyway would know that it wasn't pornographic, so Adsense would accept you.
I say go for it since it's health related. What you can do is create a healthy lifesetyle site and add a section for sexual health if you don't want to strictly stick to that specific topic only.
I think that is probably the safest move in the long run. They have a very strict interpretation of what is classed as adult content.
Ok, I got reply from Google and it seems that even they are also not sure it is allowed or not. This was the reply from Google team :
Thats interesting part, if Google unable to say then who else and after creating your site, earns good amount of money and the email comes that you're banned for violating TOS...
Do you already have the content ready for the site? If you do I think you should create a prototype of your site with the content in place. Send Adsense the link and ask them to check if the site would be allowed based on the content. I think their doubt comes in as to how you will present the topics and exactly what topics you will have info on. If they can see examples of the content I'm sure they will be better equipped to help you and give you a definite answer.
Yeah, I agree with Crusader. If, for example, you have very explicit pictures of vaginal infections and the like, it might not be appropriate for a young audience. If you present the issue in a more tasteful manner, though...
