Can i Make paypal with my real identity and real card from another country?

    Hello Guys,

    I have been having this problem.....which is that i am outside my country in vacation but i really need to have verified paypal account and i have my all correct Details.......So the problem is can i be a verified paypal account from another country?.....Please reply me ASAP because i have payment to receive...and fast....​

    it will trigger some suspecious activity while verifying and can be limited

    Create the account and just accept the money. It will stay there on the account until you verifiy it.. then when you come home verifiy it and you will not have any other problems at all..
