Do you have a static IP connection or dynamic ADSL? I would expect that you can use your computer as a hobby but commercial hosting, I doubt so given that your connection is probably for home use and it is hard to get 24/7 on a home system.
You will need a dynamic DNS, with the pricing of the hosting being so cheap and full of features and controlpanel, have you thought of how you are competing against them? Take hostgator for eg how do you compete with your personal computer as a server?
I personally think this is a pretty bad idea... First of all, is that 2Mbits is even upstream? If so, its still not enough really... And what's your latency to various places around the world? How do you know a basic thunderstorm wouldn't get your ip/bras profile downgraded to <300Kbits, for up to 5 days? Do you have the money to replace any component of the computer at a moments notice? And raid up the drives now to avoid loss of data? I just don't think your service would have any quality. Doing something on the cheap is never a good idea, especially when customers are relying on you...
