    Yes, you can.The card comes with US bank account which you can add in your paypal account then withdraw money you can use this debit card at atm machines on which cirrus/pulse logo is embossed :)

    GCARD is closed definitively. This card is finished for ever. I heard they are going to come back with a new card under same name, but this time with MASTERCARD.

    Is that true? and have anyone heard this too before? and is still gonna be based in CANADA? or left for US or UK or another country?

    If anyone knows msg me, ill really appreciate it.
