You could use google adwords and find a voucher for credit. i believe it can easily be found with a google search. i also believe hostgator gives a 50 credit to new clients. also you can approach those with websites and a good amount of traffic with your banners and agree to split procceeds.

 

Facebook Ads also work great for Affiliate products....because you target the right audience.....the conversion is high....

I don't recommend free blogger because you will get banned soon or later. Why am I saying this? One of my blogger website got deleted few weeks ago. It's a waste of my time building up that blog.
