Can i locate 2 different adsense scripts in one page?
I want my code and my friend script in my site and in one page.
Does google allow me?

 

per page one publisher code should exist at any given point of time
even in d.p. there are lot of publishers whose adsense codes is rotated
though i suggest you confirm with adsense support before doing it.

You can display two Pub Ids. But only one pubid should be shown at any time. This means, you can randomize the two ids so that one of the two is shown at any time. That way, you dont violate the TOS.

if blog owner put his ads too, what's will happen?

Hi,
Here is the bottom line. There can't be two Adsense Pub-IDs on the same page whether it uses frames or not. Its either the Blog-Owner's Id or the Blog poster's ID and not both at the same time. That should be how it works.
Also, adsense says that you should put the ads in the frame with the content if your site uses frames.
