Can i Load Money from Paypal to epassportee Visa Card?

    Hi,
    can i load money from my Paypal to epassporte Visa Card?
    also pls inform me ..how can i get a VISA debit Card to use in Paypal ..i am from Bangladesh..
    i am now using Payoneer Card..

    You can most certainly NOT load money from your paypal card to your epassporte card or account as it is basically not allowed.

    You could of course opt to sign up for the Virtual US Bank account from Payoneer which is under beta now as that would allow you to withdraw from Paypal.

    However, since Bangladesh is not a Paypal supported country, you are pretty much not even allows to have a paypal account, much less to withdraw from it. So basically, your situation is pretty much unsolveable until Bangladesh is supported by Paypal.

    There are other services on the net that will allow transfers. However be careful, there are a lot of ripoffs

    Is that mean I can withdraw paypal balance from payoneer card at any ATM ? I have both payoneer and Paypal, when this service available ?

    Well, as long as you come from a paypal supported country which allows receiving funds then you can withdraw your paypal balance to the Payoneer Virtual US Bank account via ACH. Once it gets to your payoneer account, you can withdraw it via any ATM which supports Mastercard.

    The Payoneer Virtual US Bank account is currently under beta and a select group of people have been selected to test it. I am sure that if you are in good standing with Payoneer, you could write to them and ask to be included in the beta.

    i have a chines paypal account ,so basically i can make an account with payoneer and then create a epassport account ,am i right?

    yes but you cannot withdraw to epassporte from paypal.

    How abut withdraw MoneyBookers to E-passporte Visa?
    That's VISA, not Mastercard - so will it work?

    I do not know, whether, epassporte prepaid work.

    But we successfuly making transactions with our MDCC, Which is a Multipurpose Digital Credit card, you can withdrw and you can upload,

    you can draw paypal money, Alertpay money and withdrw form ATM.

    you can withdraw form

    1.PayPal>>MDCC>>ATM CARD (i give for one time fee)
    2.Alertpay>>MDCC>>ATM CARD
    3.Moneybooker>>MDCC>>ATM CARD
    4.Paypal>>MDCC>>Alertpay(or vice verse)
    5.Paypal>>MDCC>>Moneybokers

    the only thing needed is the country is supported to Credit card withdrawals by the PP/AP/MB

    done.
