You can try - it's almost always down to the directory owner whether or not she/he approves them - though I must admit if the owner does approve affiliate links in a directory, it doesn't say much for the quality of the directory.
Completely depend on your url. If you landing page would be inner page or subdomains then you can try for it coz deep link directory can accept your link easily. I think you should try it manually. Thanks
read the submission guidelines and terms of service where you are submitting - A quality directory would typically not approve of this
Most directories say "No landing pages" in their submission rules. Some directory owners don't give a crap and just bulk approve everything. I'm sure you'll get some links out of it.
I think you'll find that the majority of so called "web directories" promoted here will approve just about anything without editing - all the link pimps are really interested in is the few paid "listings" that trickle in. You'd benefit by submitting soon after they're announced - it's typical that free submissions are soon neglected once the paid listings begin to decline (it's time to launch their next directory). If you want to shell out a couple of bucks here and there I can just about guarantee you'll get a link with your preferred anchor text from them. Realize though that your link will likely not experience any longevity and will be suspended in a septic tank of cut and pasted duplication of the poorest quality flotsam on the web. As far as improving your keyword ranking - it's short term at best.
