Can i link to emule / torrent links from blog?

    I have a personal blog listing movies i have watched in cinema or dvd.
    I would like to post emule or torrent links to movies i blog about.

    Are there any legal issues posting to pirated content from a blog??

    yeah its illegal but most people do that .. it should not be a problem

    Does it make any difference where the site is hosted?

    Should be easier for angry lawyers to shut down your site if its on godaddy then a host in Belgium.

    It depends on where you live and where your site is hosted. In the US, it's considered contributory infringement.

    well its illegal but you can do this and for google if these sites have your link then its no problem as you cannot control it but if you have a link of them in your site you will be penalized by google...

    Not sure if i go it right. I want to post emule links not sites. You mean google can punish my site for that?

    like if your site connects to blacklisted sites/site google will penalize your site.

    Does anyone here have a site/forum with emulet links or torrents?
    I guess its too risky to have google ads on a site like this.
