I want to ask if i can legally do this. What i want to do is sell some domain names that i no longer need, but people will need a namecheap.com account as well as paypal to do the transaction. Additionally, as im new here, people might not trust me, and ive been reading about the number of people who do chargebacks, so ill be honest, i dont really trust anyone on here too much as i just dont know anyone.

So what i was thinking, could i legally advertise and sell the domain name here, once the name sells, i then list the domain name at the agreed price in namecheap.com and the buyer can then login and they pay namecheap and instantly recieve the domain name.

Doing this would make me lost 10% commision (instead of doing it direct here on the forum) but it protects me, as well as protects the buyer.

the downside is of course, that anyone can buy as i wouldnt have any control over it once its listed.

Please provide thoughts and feedback on this, i simply want to find the safest and cheapest way to liquidate some domain names

No, you can't sell something here that you aren't actually selling here. Use escrow.com.

actually i would be selling it here, on here, at the price agreed to on here, and namecheap basically becomes the payment method.

whats the point of using escrow where is (i think $25 minimum) if im selling something on here for $5?

personally i thought that people would be interested as it protects them and me, however my new infraction says otherwise.
