    Can I label the link units like this?

    Look at the right hand side - I labelled it Resources basically.

    No. That is "falsely labeling" your ads and is deceiving the viewer. You can only label your ads two things: "Advertisement" or "Sponsors". Everything else will get you a stern warning from Adsense. Any type of warning on your account will mean your account gets red flagged as a potential problem, and any subsequent violation, no matter how small, will get you banned.

    Thanks I have changed it to "sponsors"

    Is it ok to put "Sponsors of Cute Dogs Blog" ?

    'Fraid not. It's either just "Sponsors" or "Advertisement". They are very clear about it in their TOS.
