Can i keep two digg's account?

    does digg allow to make multiple digg accounts? if i have more than one digg account then they will block my all accounts or what they will do?

    No you cant.will get banned if u have two digg's account

    my younger brother wants to use digg and we have only one PC but we can use digg account with different browser, so is there any chance that we both keep safe own account?

    You could use a proxy, that way there's two different ip addreses.

    Also, you can change your IP by restarting your DSL box :)
    This will enable you to have multiple Digg Accounts. Be sure to clear your cookies and restart you DLS or Cable box every time you login.
