Can I legally include the word youtube in my domain? eg- www.ProvenYoutubetrafficsteps.com or any other containing the word youtube?
what wrong with that? as along as you dont use the copyright content and logo, what makes the problem from that ?
If i would be in your position i won't do it. It's not at all healthy to play with popular trademarks like that. I think not just me, nobody would do it.
If you have to ask whats wrong then it ius clear you do not know the answer and as Mjewel said do not guess here in this section. Youtube is a trademark and therefore can not be used in a domain name not owned by youtube.
Like Rapidshare is threatening all the domains including the word "Rapidshare" to shut down immediately. Not a good idea IMO.
You can't because the word "Youtube" is copyrighted and owned by Google. You can do it if you really want to, but when Google finds out they will most likely request termination of the site.
