New to CJ, joined 1 week ago. I'm currently using a mix of ads and using the ctr stats to decide which ones work and which ones don't. 1 week review and I just removed 5 ads that had 0 clicks and I would like to remove / hide them from my stat reports in CJ. Over time it will become very inefficient to check ads that I may have already disabled. Not to mention over enough time, I fully expect there to be hundreds. Even if I could just flag them. Again, I'm new so I could be glossing over something that is obvious.
You cant exclude a specific link / advertiser / website but you CAN watch how they do individually. The box on the right that shows your stats when you log in can be changed to do this if you click the edit link. Also under 'run reports' you can get more specific detailed information by link.
Yah, I love the detailed stats per ad and it is how I am determining which ones to drop from my mix. See, I setup a script on my site where I store CJ ads into a database categorized by size and type. My visitors on average view 11 pages per visit so I randomly query ads from my database every time the page reloads. No point in showing the same Ad 11 times and this allows me to test lots of ads. So I've had stats run on about 48 ads over the last week and using the detailed stats you mentioned I'm able to see which ones my visitors are not interested in. So I flag those in my database to exclude them, however, CJ will continue to show the ad + the old stats accumulated.... Oh wait, duh, if I narrow the CJ report to the last week it will exclude any ads without impressions. Right?
