Can i have two paypal accounts?

    yes u can have 2 PP accounts..
    1 should be personal and 1 should be business/premier

    that's right. Skarchs just take a look at the paypal help center they explain there. You need to have 2 email addresses that's all.

    Yes. PayPal members may have one Personal account and one Premier or Business account. You can add additional email addresses, credit cards and debit cards, and bank accounts to your Personal, Premier or Business account. However, each account must have its own email address and financial information. If only one account is needed you may also upgrade from a Personal account to a Premier or Business account.

    yes you can make 1 personal and 1 premier/business account in PayPal. it is legal it is in there TOS.

    just wait. maybe later they will add sri lanka too.
    I waited some years too while they added Latvia to paypal and now already for some months we in Latvia can accept payments in paypal :)

    Well, Sri Lanka is listed as a 'Send' only country now so that means you can use Paypal to buy things on the internet. I supposed this is the first step towards a full Send/Receive Support.

    Please tell me that by adding additional Email addresses, Can I keep record of it that which payment has come from specific Email Address. I want to add another Email Address to my PayPal Account and My client will use it. So, I need to keep track of payment which has came from my client Email Address.
    Is it possible to keep record of that so that I may send him payment after every month which he has received in through his Email Account.

    Please Help Me
