    Adsense now also allow to have other contextual ads on the same page ;)

    That's right, you will not violate TOS adsense with text link ads.

    Yes, not a problem. Unless you've got a decent PageRank and a ton of traffic TLA is not worth bothering with. Lots of hype, negligible return for the small webmaster.
