I would add the following:
1. Disclaimer Page
2. Frequently Asked Questions Page (and call it "frequently asked Questions) and stuff this with questions people are searching for your keywords - I often get doible listings with my FAQ pages, don't forget to bold and italics some word sin some answers but do it organically)
3. You need a contact us page even if it is just a form

These will help with your quality / trust score with Google
Next create another 3 - 5 posts and back date some from 3 - 4 months ago.

Don't have links on your site like DMV locations without content - Google does not like this not to mention a bad user experience. Remove it and add it when you have the content.

Same with practice exams remove until you have info.

google search page speed and go to the google developers area (so I cant post links yet)

and follow the instructions to reduce page speed to load that is critical right now. I hope this helps you on your way.

Maybe adjusting fonts for better sizes and types will make sense.

 

I Agree with him. You should adjust your fonts. Dont make lots of bold characters..

 

Nice content but the layout looks bit messy, if you can clear the design a bit it would be awesome.
