If you are targetting drug store or online pharmacy, you had better have deep pockets Or Soma or Tramadol. Didn't see those before
depends on the market you want to optimize your site with. The quickest way can also mean quick penalty if you are to aggressive with your campaign.
If you target a longtail keyword, you can be on the the front page within a day or two depending on how quickly Google revisits and indexes your site. If you are targeting a popular keyword, then get an AdWords account and bit for top placement. Any other way could take a long time.
If you want site with keywords everyone else wants then your talking about long time and alot of work. If you use keywords that very few people are going after you could do it in 3 days or less if site is linked to good site and google spiders it.
ok. for example i want my blog's keyword "buy soma" to be in Google's first page. And considering the factor that my blog's only 1 month old. Is it possible to do that?
Yes, the keyword you are refering to is comparatively very easy to target and even a new site can rank on front page with in some time. The main strategy is to optimize your site well when the keywords are decided. Preferably the title of page should contain 8-11 words. Description would be anywhere from 150-250 characters with spaces. 2 major keywords are nice to target. When optimizing the main page, keep the density of keyword anywhere from 2% to 4%. Then collect as much links as you can. The best way to do this is to get links from directories for free and search your competitors links and ask from them to link to you. I love the part of researching keywords, I just launched one of my site almost without doing that...... feeling so lazy ..... I hate that .... Hope that helps!
