I think it's ok. Why should it violate anything?
As long as you don't try to add more than 3 ad blocks, you are ok.

I was almost impressed with your blog until I saw the very light grey text on white background that was packed with keyword stuffing/spam.

You have excess ads IMO, but I suspect that you already know that and no doubt have already read the Google AdSense Policies, but asking questions you already know the answers to for the purpose of generating hits to your blog.

The hidden text spam is a violation of the Adsense TOS. So regardless if you care about it or not you should.

I suggest you remove it right away.

Here is something meaningful you can do: Go read the Adsense TOS.
After your are done with that try some research on what penalties you will incur for that cloaked text.

Finally, learn some manners, people a here to help till you piss them off.

If this is your problem, there is nothing bad in putting 3 units on your site if it has a lot of content.

We are not trying to play smart, but its for your good... stop using such spam tactics... many people have lost their adsense accounts because of such violations.

While you have time correct it. If someone reports you, there is a good proability that you will lose you account.

Not on the same page as adsense if it is set to contextually match the ads served.

you can promote Chitika if you want but you can't use their contextual ads along with your adsense ads.

You can create a simple link to Chitika as you are recruiting members of it.
