Hello guys, this is my first post in this forum. I have a question. I am thinking about website with links to torrent sites. Can I have issues with a law? Is it legal to have in my site links to torrent sites ?
nah, just make sure you don't host in the US. as long as you're not providing trackers yourself, and not linking/hotlinking directly to trackers, there won't be an issue
There is not illegal to linking directly to torrent torrent sites; that's because not all torrents are copyrighted material. Most programs like Google AdSense or other advertising venues will not approve a site into their network that is using or linking to torrents that are illegal.
