Yes, it is as far as I know. Anything related to gambling is banned, and casino is very related to casino of course... (someone please correct me if I am wrong!)
WEll i have seen alot of website with different anchor texts and i have seen the casinos but its better not to use for a safe side.
You should think of adsense as your wallet lol, don't put up or even try to put it up on websites like adult content, gambling and so on.
Yeah, You should not take links from any gambling sites. It is against Google's Term and Condition to run google ads on websites and blogs. Your account may be banned.
Yes it is better not to have such a link on your page. Google may not notice it, but if any AdWords advertiser notices it, he may report to Google and you maybe kissed with a ban.
