Can I have a successful blog with short articles?

Hey everyone. I opened up my site MovieCrab.com a few days ago, and my niche is 'Snappy Movie Reviews'.

I want to write short (150 max) word reviews on movies. I figure those looking to find out whether a movie was good or not would benefit from my site.

Is it much more difficult to have a successful site with short articles? I know longer = better, but I was wondering if my approach could work too.

    That's a good approach.

In fact even I am thinking of writing short n frequenr posts instead of longer articles.

As a viewer/reader point of view it great.

The length of article does not matter. It's good idea to post frequent short posts rather one long post a day.

Sometimes, people like to read "short" down-to-the-point type articles. If you look at PerezHilton.com you will notice that half his postings are very short, yet he has a HUGE audience.
