    I read information about this somewhere a while ago, but can't seem to find it today.

    I was hoping it was permitted to start a thread dedicated to offering support and feedback for a product or service of mine.

    If someone has an issue, they can create a post inside of the thread and I will respond as a reply. This way, others can share the knowledge as well.

    I understand DP rules will still apply, but is this "dedicated support thread" allowed?

    If so, is there a specific forum I should post in?

    Or just one that relates to the product or service?
