    Yes you can, I did in the past and got paid with both of them with no problem and still actively use 1 of the accounts.

    different addresses different countries ;)
    i got a lot of friends you see :D
    give them 20% and they trasnfer the 80% to me via wire trasnfer ;)

    I'm pretty sure this is against CJ ToS; It'd be best to give them a quick email, they respond pretty fast from my experience.
