Can I have 2 adsense accounts with different payee names?

You cannot have same payee name and address for two adsense accounts
However you are permitted to open two accounts, one a personal account and the other a business account, but in the case of business account the payee name will be that of the business

 

What if I have the business in my name and the paypal is same

 

One of them is about 2 months old. Other two are about 1 month old.Yes they are working. I have made many accounts. Some of them i have given to my friends. I will post thread nearly about how to make adsense account even if google bans you or if google does not accept your site. Because i have joined this forum about 3 days ago, i do not have some permission. Wait for my thread.

 

Not now have gained my first payment because my site is 2 months old and i dont have gained sufficient traffic

 

The best strategy will be to use your wife account and possibly have a different address

 

well i think theres no problem in having more then 1 account(under different payee names). i have three adsense accounts and have used them since 2 years and haven't got any problem from google either.
just be true to your earnings and google won't say anything to you

I thought can opening two adsense accounts was against Google's Terms and conditions.

Yes, it is against TOS as when you register it asks that you dont have other accounts

 

probably has ur wife or gf as the payee and a different address IP address should be different too

 

I think they can trace it with the same ip address and home address so you need to differ these 2 things for creating more accounts.

 

Just try to keep different IP. And You will be ok
