    Your going to have to raise your budget for a VPS with cPanel. The license for cPanel is usually $12-15/month. Your also going to be looking for a VPS with a minimum of 512RAM.

    You can find plenty of VPS packages for $15/mo, but they will not include cPanel. You would have to buy that license separately.

    You won't get anything all that reliable with cPanel at that price range.

    You will need to increase your budget because cpanel itself costs $15/mo and it requires minimum 128 guarenteed ram. Good Luck

    No, it is not correct. cPanel needs at least 256 mb of guaranteed memory.

    Minimum for cpanel to run is 256MB however recommended is 512MB ram.

    This is correct. If possible, I would get at least 1024 though, unless it's just for one domain.
