Can i give some one website url to sign up for adsense

Friends,i have boeen long time applying for Adsense to my blog,but yet i dont have approval from google,i felt sad,how many times can i apply..

ok,one questions for experts or those who know well about Google adsense,

During Sign Up process ,they'll ask for Website Url,ok..
Can i give someone website url which have high traffic ..?
and is there possibilities of approval..?

I am a Junior in this ,so need help from you,..
Please reply ,if you have some words to say..

 

you should not give the Others website URL.That is against to the Google T & S.

frn,some body advertising that, get approve adsense account within3 days,my frnd too get a acoount in that way..is that legal.or how do they do it.?

i heard that google doesn't accept crap blogs or sites these days

 

Ya friends, i have applied via blogger and they mailed me disapproved,so after long days of improvement to my blog,how can i resubmit to adsense,

Can i apply via google.com/adsense or
Blogger->Design->Monetize .

Please help me,
if i go via blogger,it directly redirect to a page which displays that "your adsense account is disapproved"

Then what else is the way to resubmit.or anything?

 

no you need not give others website create simple blogger blog with 3 to 5 unique articles then apply for adsense
