Could i get some opinions on my design?

 

Hi, I find that trying to read white on the lime green (at the top) burns my eyes a little bit too much and the teal "yoo" on top of it is also hard to read.

Also, it's "... its work" not "it's work" - "it's" means "it is"

Otherwise, it's a clear, concise, stimulating and distinct design. I can't comment on the markup because you haven't linked to the actual page.

Edit: Just checked the current YooSolutions website and this one is much more professional.
