    $100 minimum for payout. If you reach $100 on June 3rd once the period closes (end of the month) you will receive the payout in another month.

    Absolutely, you have more than 70€. If you will be getting a check almost every month, I recommend you to increase the minimum payout so your bank takes less.

    I just said above, you have more than 70€, that means they send. If you receive the check in USD, then it's $100.

    You showed us your earnings, if you copied them from Google directly you most likely have it set in Euros.

    You can also look at Home>Payments, everything you need to know is in there.

    A payment will not be issued this month. Your unpaid earnings prior to June 1, 2012 was calculated to be €53.56. Payments are issued within 30 days after the end of the month in which your unpaid earnings reach €70.00.

    Yes, this is because the minimum payout is €70.00, they will only pay you once you reach €70.00
