If you do not have time, it would not be possible to get a permanent job. You can always help people install scripts or something in that nature.

Not having time can be an issue here. If you chase around DP you'll probably find people that need assistance with installation, small design jobs, development services that take an hour or two to complete. Eventually, you'll realise that you do need to dedicate some time to learning the market, finding your customers, and getting used to freelancing.
