Can I get in trouble for putting googles name in my domain name. I am making an adsense website and was wondering if I can get in trouble for using google in the domain name. I am going to put a disclaimer saying I am not affliated with google in any way.

its not worth the risk, there been many cases where people have used ebay and got threats of legal action from ebay, the case will proably be the same from google.

Did you bother to read the TOS?
    https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms
    And from http://www.google.com/permissions/guidelines.html
Here's the kicker, under "Things You Can't Do"

Follow the link above to get information as to the ways they permit their name and trademark to be used, and how you can get approval.

Nonny i think summed it up...if in doubt contact google with the domain name in question....I'm sure they can understand your intentions and may even respect you for asking in advance...if they agree keep that email in your email account, print out a version to file somewhere safely and also keep a back up on your computer somewhere, just in case.....

Actually, they explicitly say don't use their trademarked names in a domain name. If you want to use Google's trademarks for anything else, then officially request permission (there is a link to the form on http://www.google.com/permissions/guidelines.html ).

I think you got your answer. Who would add google as a sub level domain name anyway?
From a legal issue side you don't have to worry about anything since google is a company that learnt how not to waste time with people that wanna play with them,

    BUT,

GOOGLEBOT is going to sue you :)
