Can i get higher PR using social bookmarking?

I think only social bookmarking is not enough for getting high PR back links. There is very insufficient chances to do like that.

 

Unless the page you have your backlink on has PR then I don't know.

 

Not only you but any new blogger can get High PR2-6 backlinks through blog commenting service.
