Can i get higher PR using social bookmarking?

Hi!
I have new blog. I created it last month. I want to know can I get higher Google PR (3-4) using do follow social bookmarking. But I never submit my blog to any directories. So is it essential thing directory submission?

yes, it's really a efficient way to get a higher page rank through submitting your site to some search engine. i created a document management wedsite, i usually submit my site to some search engine.

 

Today i received PR 4 i only used Social bookmarking (Digg, Delicious, Dzone, Identica, Google bookmarks, Yahoo bookmarks, Shetoldme and Squidoo,) and i use on page optimization by created good internal link structure ( highly used it). I never submitted my blog to any directories but i saw that new directories added my blog. I hope you guys follow this methods can improve your PR.

You can use social bookmarking sites only but its better if you diversify your submission to different media. PR mainly depends upon the number of backlinks you got from different sites no matter if those are only SB sites or other type of sites as well.

 

Only Social bookmarking will not help, you need to do directory submission too.
