Can I get Google to re-index a page that is not mine?

    ON a 3rd party site, I made a new change. Is it possible to get Googles attention to reindex this page faster? Thanks.

    As far as I know you can't. You can only request re-index for websites that you had proven that they are yours. But if that is website with constantly updated content I am sure that it will be re-indexed faster.

    Go to submit URL to google option -> login with your account and you can submit any URL there.

    Exactly, I'm not inquiring about submitting a new site! Just seeing one can push/ re-index a page on a site you don't own that is already up.
