I already have an adsense account on my blog. But I want to put ups ads in my newly created website which is just 1 week old.Can I put ads on my website??

Also, I am reposting many articles from other websites , rewriting in my own words and at the end providing link to the original article.Does google adsense allow this

for placing its ads.I heard they approve only those accounts which have original content.

How do they check for article orginality??Do they do plagiarism checker???

Yes, you can put adsense code on your own sites. :)
I prefer original contents and google love original contents too.
If you prefer to use others content, better try and use another Monetizing Techniques then. You can use affiliate network or cpa network.
I'm sure you don't want to get your adsense acc banned. Play safe my friend! ;)

Yes, you can put the adsense ads on your new website since you are approved adsense user.
However, you shall ensure your new website is quality site and not against any adsense TOS

I feel you should wait a bit till you have decent traffic and the domain gets a bit old.

You can put as many ads on as many website, you just have to create the ad unit and add code to your site.
Google will show earning according to ad unit.

If you have a google adsense account. You can placed google code where ever you want. More your add displayed your page impression will be better than better. But don't put or give that code to any ptc site. Once I see a site wanting people google add code. They generate the click. It should be absurd.
