    Hi,
I just heard that site can be banned for keyword spam and the advice is keepping keywords ratio is 5%-15%. My site is targeted for "Vietnam travel" keywords and I put the keywords every where: URL, Title, keywords, description, H1 text, image alt text, links anchor text etc. It seems be so much, but I don't know how calculate the keywords ratio. Can anyone suggest some tool?
And please, review my site http://www.vnviews.com, any comment is highly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your input.
    Tuan.

You can never do to much keyword optimization. People believe that search engines ban you for doing so, but really they don't. But sometimes if you do to much keyword spam they will ignore that keyword.

The best tool is your brain, read the site and add up the words.

The words are not all in a block/list, so its not as bad as some. You actually have few keywords in the meta tag, so I wouldnt worry.
