never tell you friend/relatives/partners about your website with adsense in it.....

Beside direct marketing like this is really ancient these days........

Search Engine traffic is the best..........

I suggest you try to get traffic from search engines. That way, you will get much more traffic, and you never have to worry about anything when you are getting organic traffic.

A lot of people getting banned because Adsense is quite tricky detecting clicks frauds. At first Adsense is pretending to act like nothing fishy is going on so a lot of people thinks they outsmarted or beat the system.

If the account was banned, should we appeal or focus on acquiring new account?

Promoting your site the way you have been may not be the best choice then.
You can't exactly tell people to avoid clicking your ads.
Maybe ask questions to your friends and see what they have to say about the ads and whether
or not they all have been clicking.

Obviously if you promote your web site to your friends and out of 30 impressions you receive 25 ad clicks there's something shady going on. In one way or another you are encouraging ad clicks whether it be directly or indirectly. Just doesn't make sense...

In that case, no way to use existing site for adsense as many of your friend knew it. Just ceate a new site for adsense. Monetize your existing site with other ppc and may use it as backlink to your new site.
