Not sure about the first me..Regarding second one you can give your username to your friend's when they will signup they can enter your username and it will show in your profile Saad
Thanks for both answers but I was looking for something more automated. A script that displays that module and an automatic referral for folks sent to the forum (if I'm sending traffic because of the module, I can't really give them my username and ask that they sign up with it)
