Can i get a few pointers?

Hi, I'm new to this adsense game, and need a few hints. what do you think of my web layout with the adds on the top and right side. is this a good location for them? what do you think about the content, color theme, fonts, and whatnot? I'm trying to market my website for k-12 age group. any hints on anything are greatly appreciated.

50% of the page is ads. Either get more content, or less ads.

 

First I would center the layout at about 775 width or 800 width or you can play around with the width. and then yes, I would add more content to the page. I would also experiment with other forms of monetizing the page aside from adsense which is a good start.

 

Okay, well when I visited your page.. I have absolutely no idea what your page is about exactly.. I saw some egyptian wolf howling and a "lose weight" AdSense ad.

You need to add more relevant content or your ads are going to look like spam and people are going to be turned away from your website.

 

Design is good..but, it's not aligning well in 1440*900 resolution screen.It's floating towards the left side. And you perfectly embedded the adsense ads into your template.. Great job!

 

Thanks, ive decided to do a color scheme re-design. the colors dont realy yell out egyptian... i change all the colors, or add a background, but i cant change the layout of the boxes. What would you suggest?

 

The site is well designed but you need to add some text to the page explaining what
the site is about.

 

if your marketing it k-12 youll have to market it to kindergarteners so i would make a seperate webpage for kindergarteners and word things such as "goo goo ga ga" and "make green stuff by touching a computer navigators left button on blue words"
