Yes if you go to Microsoft live where they host it as well. Not sure if you have control on designe except with their WYSIWYG editor.

Dot.tk is another one. You used to be able to turn the ads off although many people didn't know how. I haven't used it for years so don't know if you can turn the ads off anymore. So for example it would be:

http://yourname.tk

The great thing about that is that it's an actual TLD.

EDIT: Somebody actually owns that .tk domain. It links to a no-more freewebs account
