    I have not gin pin.So can i find from any google website at which city my pin has been reached which has sent by google.If yes please tell me website.

    You will receive your pin at the address that you have submitted at time of registration at adsense.

    Log in to your Google Adsense account. The Help section clearly tells that PIN will be sent to the address which you mention in your account. It is actually a way to verify your address and also your account when you receive and enter the PIN.
