    Can anyone tell whether I can check the status of my website submission in DMOZ. How long does it take after application? What is the remedy if it is not included? Do they convey why it is not included?

    Wait for at least 30 days after submission. Follow their rules EXACTLY on their forum to stay out of trouble. Once you check on status, you cannot check again for 6 months, i.e., check once then forget about it for awhile.

    If you have recently submitted, I wouldn't check on resource zone yet. If you submitted a couple of months ago, then go to resource zone and someone will be able to help you there.
