Some of the whois sites lists the number of other accounts hosted along with yours (assuming a shared acct). I do not know if some ip whois groups give that info or not. The one I ususally use does not give it.
Sure you can just look out for a service that reads "reverse IP" or "reverse DNS lookup", like the one on whois.sc
It's not perfect but you can do it with MSN. First find your ip address then go to www.msn.com and search for ip:123.456.789.000 Where 123.456.789.000 is you IP address
Thats not really a bad thing. I have space with a really great host and they have thousands of sites on the 1 IP address. As long as the hosting is fast its not a problem.
Hi Frankcow, yes you can find very easily through whois service like webhosting.info give info of reverse ip even you don't have to register.
what if one of the other sites on the IP are banned from Google or another search engine, could this affect my site?
