i have got a payment in paypal from my client and my limit is over to withdraw funds. So i give my friends paypal id to get payment in his Paypal a/c.
NOw he got funds in paypal A/c and got transfered to his bank A/c too.
And he is not refunding the money to me.
Payment direct came in his paypal A/c from client.and now in his Bank A/c.
Can I file FIr or can i do something to get my money back.
Can i Do any legal Actions against him but i don't have any written agreement with him?

Please Help. Can I do Something.

    I see,your friend betray you.
    Sorry to hear that.
If you have the log chat that you seek your friend help to transfer the $$ to his PP account then you can sent it to PP to ask them check.
If you don't have any log, then you cannot do anything to get back the $$

first of all, make his account limited,

If he is verified, and adds real credit card, then the paypal will hold the funds.

so, he gets account limited :)

next thing is if you place limited, paypal ask him surely, how did he got funds, so he have to definitely, agree and respond you,

So you put heavy demand on him and tell him that his cc funds get back.

    this is the best one.

I guess you didn't know the person well and still allowed him to accept a payment on your behalf.

    You can't do much now.

    The money is gone.

It will be very difficult to prove that the money was actually yours.

I don't think you can do much.

Don't trust anyone that much ! You should have recieved payment in your account. And if withdrawing limit was over then you must have waited for next month to withdraw.

Police with Paypal -----> no relation at all , you cannot contact police at all for such silly things, and police will not take even a single step with these online banking systems , the best thing is to ask him firmly , nothing else you can do ...

Throw everything you got at him... Launch a claim... Send all the supportng documents to PP... Send messages again and again demanding your money back... Usually works for me...
