Can I edit the "Potential Campaign Audience" on an Ad campaign?

    I started a Facebook ad campaign for page likes yesterday. I included 6 countries in my "Potential Campaign Audience" parameters. So far the majority of likes I've received are from people in one country. This happened me before when I ran a similar campaign with about 12 countries included. 90% of likes came from one country. Is it possible to change my "Potential Campaign Audience" while the ad campaign is running?

    I suggest if you want get likes targeted based on interested, first you filter the audience by country, interested via google chrome extension. You will get list of user ids and then put into facebook ad campaign. You will get 100% targeted users for lowest bid.

    But can I edit the targeted users once an ad campaign has begun?

    I think, you can pause ad campaign and edit.

    Which chrome extension are you referring to Nand Lal? Is it the Power Editor?
